App Instructions

For emergencies, please dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For urgent care, please use our walk-in services, available at all three offices. For urgent care services, please visit one of our urgent care locations in Yorba Linda, Orange, Irvine, or Laguna Beach.

To use the full mapping feature (Locate an Office), please turn on the Location Services feature for this App in your Settings panel of your smartphone.


Video Visits

To prepare for your video visit please go to Google Play or the App Store and download HipaaBridge and create an account. This is the patient privacy platform used so all of your communications are secure. Let our office staff know upon check-in either in-office or before your virtual video chat that you have created the account so we can complete the process and assure you are added as a contact.

MouseCalls are for ONLY personal medical questions directed to your physician. If you are not currently a patient at Caduceus Medical Group, our physicians will not be able to respond to any specific individual health situation.

Patient Portal- If you have not yet signed up for our patient portal, please email us to request an invitation. If you have already accepted the invitation and created your account but need additional assistance navigating the portal, please email us your questions directly.

Caduceus app updates- For both iOS and Droid devices, please refresh each time you access the app to assure all updates are accessable to you real-time. If you are still having difficulties please delete the app and reload and/or stay current with all software updates on your smartphone or tablet.
